It&#8217;s suitable for those who don&#8217;t feel up to the climb around the waterfall and can therefore go this way and at least enjoy the trip to Lake Riesachsee. It&#8217;s also suitable for dogs and outdoor strollers. It offers several pleasant spots for a short break and is also easier on the knees &#8211; you won&#8217;t face stairs going down, as you would if you were returning around the Riesachfall waterfall.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"4169\" data-end=\"4322\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Traveling_with_small_children_a_dog_or_a_stroller\"><\/span>Traveling with small children, a dog, or a stroller?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lower circuit to the Small Riesachfall<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From the parking lot, you can take the forest path to the lower part of the first waterfall and to the wooden bridge, which offers a nice view of the flowing water, and return via the wide path. This part is also suitable for an outdoor stroller.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Path only to the lake<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the children can handle a longer walk, you can choose a compromise: go up to the lake via the aforementioned paved road, walk around the lake, and return the same way. This way you&#8217;ll skip the more challenging route over stairs and suspension bridge, but still enjoy the lake.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>With a dog<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"5176\" data-end=\"5308\">\n<p data-start=\"5178\" data-end=\"5308\">Metal stairs with a grid platform are usually not pleasant for most dogs. Paws sink into the grid and some dogs refuse to walk on them. If you don&#8217;t want to risk it with your dog, choose the wide path through the valley to the lake and back instead.
